Completed a 9-month program covering portfolio theory, risk management, and market microstructure. Two-thirds of participants didn't.

Solo-built end to end — physical mail to warehouse to PDF scan to LLM ingestion to structured data. One 20-minute meeting with the CTO, then shipped it.
Owned the pipeline handling 40M+ annual API calls across Yardi, RealPage, and Entrata. Led migration to functional/immutable architecture with ADTs and a real type system.
Replaced legacy rule-based routing with a unified LLM classifier serving 600+ distinct task types.
